PRO-Edelbrock Event @ Cordova Dragway, July 27-28

Over July 27-28, hundreds of the hottest Hot Rods & Muscle Cars will coverage on Cordova Dragway Park in Cordova, IL, for the inaugural PRO-Edelbrock event! Invited are Chevy, Ford, and Mopar enthusiasts of all ages! This event will be featuring the World's Fastest Street Cars, the MSD True Street competition, the Eagle One Auto Show & Shine, P.W.O. Burnout Contest, and a large Vendor Midway, this event will have something for everyone.

The MSD True Street competition is open to all makes and models of cars, from full street cars to all-out crazy street machines. The only rules are that the car has a maximum of 11" tires, full street equipment, license, insurance and registration! The "catch" is you must be able to do a 30-mile drive, and make three back to back classes! Prizes are awarded not only to the fastest cars in competition, but to the top 10,11,12,13,14, and 15-second average ETs in competition! Bring your car out and have a blast!

The Eagle One Auto Show at Cordova Dragway over July 27-28, 2002 offers over 30 classes to compete in. As well as the Sunday prestigious class awards, special Saturday "Signature" Awards are given to the best and brightest show cars on the scene. Any make or model is permitted, so bring it out and have a great time!

At this PRO-Edelbrock event, as always, the headliner will be the World's Fastest Street car classes, including Pro Street, Nitto Super Street, Cheap Street, Xtreme Street and more. Superstars like Billy Glidden will on the property to get their share of over $300,000 of purse and contingency. As well, a special feature of this PRO event will be the PRO MOD OUTLAW SHOOTOUT, featuring 8 of the baddest IHRA Pro Modified Cars screaming to low 6-second ETs at over 220 mph! Both Saturday & Sunday!

This is a Saturday & Sunday event, and all tickets include free parking, free pit passes, and free admission for kids under 12 with paid adult!
