How long have you been drag racing?
About 10 years.
How did you get your start? I started street racing with
a friend in the legendary scenes in Chicago IL
What’s been the biggest challenge to your racing program this season?
Compared to last season? Putting together the car and
getting used to it.
What would you consider your biggest accomplishments as a racer?
Winning the NMRA World Finals in Bowling Green, KY , setting the class
record and finishing #2 in points.
What’s gotten you hooked on the Mustang drag racing scene?
The competition.
What are your plans for the future? Racing all 8 NMRA
events in 2003 and racing in the World Ford Challenge 6
What changes, if any, do you feel the sanctioning bodies need to make
in order for our sport to prosper? Stop changing the rules
when they are not needed to changed.
Who are your biggest friends (or enemies) at the track? I
get along with everyone until we meet at the starting line. Then its
business.
Who do you fear having to see at the starting line? Why?
Redlight or the wall
Very briefly, tell me the dumbest
mistake you've ever made at the race track? Throwing in the
"Hail Mary" nitrous jets. Thank god it didn't hurt the engine
