Questions

How long have you been drag racing?  2 full years and part of 2000

How did you get your start?  I had been messing with Mustangs since 1991 and 1 day Bob Kurgan and I meet and he talked me into it shortly after. With a few tips from him I was well on my way.

What’s been the biggest challenge to your racing program this season?  Compared to last season?  Getting time and money to test

What would you consider your biggest accomplishments as a racer?  My Championship in 2001

What’s gotten you hooked on the Mustang drag racing scene?  Fast cars and some really cool people

What are your plans for the future?  I plan on winning back my Championship in 2003 with the help of all my Sponsors

What changes, if any, do you feel the sanctioning bodies need to make in order for our sport to prosper?  I'd like to see a new mass air meter rule. I've said in the past we didn't need this change but I was wrong.

Who are your biggest friends (or enemies) at the track?  My biggest friends are all the Renegade guys and gals They're a very cool bunch

Who do you fear having to see at the starting line?  Why?  Big bad Bart. I can tree his pants off and he'll still win 3 out of 4 times. I've lost 3 out of the 4 races I've had with him and the 1 that I won he broke.

What would you tell someone looking to start out in the heads-up racing scene?  Run it like a business and don't buy stuff that won't make the car go fast.

Very briefly, tell me the dumbest mistake you've ever made at the race track?  I lifted once against Clair Stewart when I was about 5 cars in front of him. Next thing I know he went flying bye and beat me by .07

Anyone you’d like to thank, wives you HAVE to thank, other things not mentioned you feel are important?  I'd like to thank my wife for putting up with all the long Hours out in the garage or away from home and also Jerry Mortimer , Joe Sepanik and Tony Z. For always being there come hell or High water all 4 of you will never know how much the last 2 years have meant to me. Thanks

What music do you listen to?  Who’s your favorite?  Almost anything but Everclear is my Favorite

Any nick names for you?  I use Postman on the SWILL RACING web site got the name in High School

Do you have any pets?  2 cats

Do you have Kids?  I and my wife have 1 boy 2 years old named Dominik D. Post yes that's right DDP

What do you like to do as a hobby outside of drag racing?  Drink Beer and hang out with good friends I always have lots of both around the house

What track do you dislike the most?  Bradenton, Florida

Which is your favorite track to race on?  Columbus, Ohio

Do you have a lucky charm?  What is it?  My lucky charm is the Time slip I got when Clair beat me. I've had it in my front pocket of my racing pants for 3 years to remind me what can happen when you let your guard down.

If you could meet anybody you wanted living or not who would it be?  Why?  Well I've meet the girl of my dreams and married her so I'd have to say no one.

Additional Comments:  I'm not fat just big boned ;P
