Questions

How long have you been drag racing?  Since 1990

How did you get your start?  Bracket racing my 87 Mustang LX

What’s been the biggest challenge to your racing program this season?  Compared to last season?  The change to a true 28 X 10.5 tire

What would you consider your biggest accomplishments as a racer?  Winning the FFW Street Outlaw Championship

What’s gotten you hooked on the Mustang drag racing scene?  When Tom Sanders and I teamed to build the mustang that we race now.

What are your plans for the future?  To attend as many races as possible

What changes, if any, do you feel the sanctioning bodies need to make in order for our sport to prosper?  More money for the Outlaw class would be a good start.

Who are your biggest friends (or enemies) at the track?  I don't have any enemies. I think..

Who do you fear having to see at the starting line?  Why?  Any person in the other lane has the potential to put you on the trailer. You have to race your race.

What would you tell someone looking to start out in the heads-up racing scene?  Have a partner and plan out your racing scheme

Very briefly, tell me the dumbest mistake you've ever made at the race track?  Thinking we had a first round bye and getting to the staging lanes and finding out differently..

Anyone you’d like to thank, wives you HAVE to thank, other things not mentioned you feel are important?  N/A

What music do you listen to?  Who’s your favorite?  Anything

Any nick names for you?  N/A

Do you have any pets?  3 Dogs

Do you have Kids?  None

What do you like to do as a hobby outside of drag racing?  Any water sport.

What track do you dislike the most?  None really. The pits at Reynolds need a little work.

Which is your favorite track to race on?  Gateway - St. Louis

Do you have a lucky charm?  What is it?  None

If you could meet anybody you wanted living or not who would it be?  Why?  None

Additional Comments:  I would just like to thank the NMRA and all the fans. Most racers like us do this because we love the sport and don't make any money from this. I also want to thank all my sponsors who have helped us over the past racing season and look forward to a successful 2003 season.
